Diablo 2 Resurrected: Patch notes, release date, and expected changes
You won’t be disappointed if you are still waiting for the next Diablo 2 Resurrected Patch. Blizzard has set a tentative date for December to provide a host of fixes the game has been in dire need of. #
Although we don’t know the exact date, there’s no reason to believe it won’t happen in the first week of next month barring any major disasters (which considering Blizzard’s past few months is not impossible).
What’s in Diable 2 Resurrected?
The main headlines include accessibility improvements and graphics scaling capabilities. The full patch notes can be found here on Blizzard’s Blog. We have chosen a few things that we think are the most important.
Scaling Offline Difficulty
This feature is already familiar to PC gamers and will soon be available on console platforms. You can adjust your settings to increase or decrease the difficulty of monsters (the default setting is 1 for one player; you can set it to 8 for eight). You can set the difficulty to 4 if you want to make monsters as difficult as possible in a four-player match. You might be proud of what you do. It can also dramatically increase the rewards you receive, so it might be well worth the risk.
Accessibility and graphic improvements
To make the game more accessible on both console and PC, audio cues were added to the menus.
You can enable DLSS if you have a compatible Nvidia GT on your computer. This will allow you to improve your GPU performance and maintain your GPU’s performance.
Diablo 2 Resurrected PTR (Public Test Realm)
The launch of the PTR will be next on the agenda. This will allow players to participate in shaping the future of the game by testing new features and first the game’s database. You will be able to participate in the testing process by seeing more information once it is life.
