The first Doctor Strange film featured Palmer, Strange’s ex-love turned friend who helped him through his accident and encouraged him to explore the world of the mystic sciences. What if …?? Imagine a world where Strange loses his hands in the fatal accident. This drove him mad and led to his quest for the power to undo his mother’s death. The resultant character, Doctor Strange Supreme/Evil Strange, would play a significant role in What If …? ‘s first season. It appears that the live-action will be shown after Doctor Strange: Multiverse of Madness. This could be a different version of Strange.

We don’t have much information about McAdams’ role in Doctor Strange, the Multiverse of Madness. Palmer is Night Nurse and a doctor for many Marvel heroes in comics. This image could show Palmer in Night Nurse garb or a Night Nurse fully formed from another universe. While Strange is primarily in his current timeline, the sequel’s Multiverse will likely focus on more than one aspect of his life. It could also include a version where he is married. Strange has been busy. He’s cast spells to help teenagers get into MIT and fight Thanos.

The first trailer for Doctor Strange: Multiverse of Madness has been released. It shows the first glimpse of Shuma-Gorath, one of Strange’s most frightening enemies. Although he was introduced in 2016’s Doctor Strange, Stephen Strange has been a significant player in the ongoing MCU saga in just five years. He not only laid the foundation for Earth’s Mightiest Heroes hitting the reset button in Avengers Endgame, but he may also have helped open the door of the Multiverse with Spider-Man: No Way Home.

Multiverse is a concept that has been around for decades in comics, but it only recently made its debut in the MCU. It was hinted at in projects such as WandaVision, Loki before displaying some earth-shattering results for Peter Parker in his latest outing. Its announcement at San Diego Comic-Con 2019 Multiverse of Madness has been met with speculation. This is partly because it marks the first cinematic crossover of Scarlet Witch and Dr. It is also rumored to introduce Fox’s X-Men.
